How does EveryStem work?

You’ll start by inputting your flowers, wholesale prices, vendors, and bunch/pack quantities. Once you’ve entered a flower into EveryStem, it is saved to your flower library forever.

Then, you create a new event and build your flower recipes. EveryStem will calculate your wholesale flower orders based on your recipes, desired retail markup, and labor fee.

EveryStem will automatically total the quantities of flowers needed for your order and round up to the wholesale bunch/pack quantities. If you have multiple flower vendors, EveryStem will provide a separate page for each one. Then, you can export your order and email it directly to the vendors of your choice. The platform also displays the quantity of extra stems left over per bunch, so you can easily adjust your recipes and orders to minimize waste and maximize profits.

You can choose to create recipes for every individual design on your invoice. Or with EveryStem’s flexible format, you can build a wholesale order for an entire event in one fell swoop.

EveryStem is not a difficult software by any means. We have a dedicated YouTube channel chock-full of tutorials to teach you how to use the platform at your own pace. Subscribe to the channel for updates and to search by topic if you have a question.

How do I build my custom item library in EveryStem?

Here’s a quick video and some tips to make building your flower library easier! The best thing about taking the time to build your custom library of flowers, greenery, and hard goods is that once an item has been entered it’ll be there for you to use in your recipes forever!

Here’s a few important things you’ll want to remember when creating your library.

The most important thing to remember is to enter the wholesale price of your item into the price box! This will allow EveryStem to handle all your markup and fee calculations for you based off your wholesale prices. If the wholesale price ranges from $1.50 a stem to $2.00 per stem, I recommend entering it at $2.00 per stem! (You can adjust it in each event so it’s not set in stone!)

You can create categories in your library to make searching for items as you build recipes easy! Here’s an example:

Berries, Blackberries on the stem Berries, Hypericum, Green Berries, Hypericum, Red Greens, Euc, Seeded Greens, Euc, Silver Dollar Greens, Magnolia, Tips HG, Compote, Gold Lita HG, Urn, Large White 20In (In my library HG stands for Hard Good and when I search the letters HG, EveryStem pulls up all of my hard good items and allows you to select all the hard goods I need for an event quickly with just a few clicks!)

You can quickly add lots of one variety of flower in different colors, or different lengths or sizes by using the helpful tips in this quick Creating Flowers video.

You’ll notice that when you create a new item and click save, the Create Item Modal doesn’t close automatically. That gives you the opportunity to simply change a bit of information to save multiple flowers quickly.

Watch this quick video and then check out this example: If you save the following flower- Stock, White You can then delete the word “White” and replace it with the word “Blush Pink” and EveryStem will keep the wholesale price, vendor name, and stems per pack the same so you can click save for the blush pink flower, then change it to “Medium Pink” and so on.

This allows you to save all the colors of stock in one quick sitting and if you enter your items into EveryStem like this you’ll have a very big flower library in no time flat by spending just 10-15 minutes a day!

Can I add photos to my library or events in EveryStem?

You cannot currently add photos to your library in EveryStem. You can add URL links to your photos or moodboard in the Notes section of your EveryStem events.

How much does a membership to EveryStem cost?

Month-to-month memberships are $24.99 per month (plus applicable sales tax if you are located in Texas).

How does the 2 month free bonus work with an annual subscription?

Let's look at this question in the context of a monthly plan.

Monthly it costs $24.99. If you subscribe for a annual plan, you pay $249.99, which is the price for 10 months ($24.99 * 10), but you get 12 months of access to the platform which is your 2-month free bonus and a 17% savings compared to monthly billing.

Which currencies besides the dollar are supported by EveryStem?

The EveryStem currency feature allows you to pick your currency in your Profile. And it includes a dropdown list of all the currencies EveryStem currently supports including the GPB (sign: £) and the Euro (sign: €). If you do not see your currency symbol in the dropdown list, please reach out to LuAnn and she'll add it for you.

How do I sign up?

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes! There is a 90-day money back guarantee on EveryStem, starting from your initial purchase date. If at any point you want to cancel your plan, click the Cancel My Membership link in your profile on the app. Fill out the information and we will cancel your membership. If it's within 90 days of your initial purchase date and you request a refund, we will determine if you qualify for a refund and then if you do qualify we will refund your payments in full.

If you cancel within the first 90 days, but do not ask for a refund because you are cancelling for a reason other than being dissatisfied, you will have access to EveryStem until the end of the term you have paid for, but it won't automatically renew.

Where am I allowed to share my code?

Is there a limit to the number of flower friends I can refer?

There’s no limit to the number of flower friends you can refer using the EveryStem loyalty program. Your referrals will help our community grow.
